My name is Mike Boyle and I'm a native of the great Pacific Northwest. I was born and raised in Washington state, and having lived here my whole life, I'm very familiar with the gray days of wintertime when all we want to do is escape to the sunshine. In fact, when my son Mike Jr. was just six years old, I started our family tradition of taking him down to the Mariner's spring training camp in Peoria, Arizona.  Mike, Jr. is now in his senior year of high school, but he still looks forward to our annual escape to the sunshine, and so do I. 

Last year, with an eye on my future retirement, I decided to buy a vacation home in Arizona. That task was easier said than done. Living in Washington, 1,500 miles away, made the purchase of a second home in Arizona a difficult and time-consuming enterprise. I had to make numerous trips down south to find a Realtor who understood what I was looking for, and who could assist me in finding the right home in the right neighborhood for the right price. Once I had located the home, I then had to seek out home inspectors, appraisers and lenders to complete the financing - not to mention painters, furniture and the many items that go into making a house a home.
